You need to send us all bank, credit card, and loan/debt statements within two business days of the statement end date. We’ll have an initial draft of the monthly financial statements by the 5th business day. Your monthly review meeting with your dedicated account manager will be scheduled around the 6th-10th of the month. We’ll issue final financial statements for the month after the monthly review meeting and any questions asked during it are answered (typically by the 10th-15th business day).
We will reach out during the month to get questions answered on transactions we can’t easily classify and you’ll have 3 business days to respond. No mysteries, no guessing.
Absolutely. This meeting is typically scheduled with your dedicated account manager between the 6th and 10th business day every month. This is where we discuss your numbers, answer questions, and plan ahead.
You will have a dedicated account manager who is an owner of the business. They will be your primary point of contact for all questions regarding your books as well as to provide reporting as needed for banking, tax, and other purposes.

We use a secure-encrypted FTP site for secure file transfer.
You’ll have a dedicated client folder that will be where monthly reports from our team are stored as well as a place for you to upload statements and other information.
